This practice is designed for all skill levels, with variations offered throughout so you can move in a way that feels right for your body. The class offers a mindful, accessible flow that supports strength, flexibility, and encourages presence—surrounded by the calming beauty of the forest.

Sunset Forest Flow in Forest Park
Take a midweek pause to ground, breathe, and move with intention among the trees. This all levels Hatha yoga class invites you to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the beauty of the natural world. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and strength building postures, you will cultivate inner calm and balance no matter where you are starting from.
Variations are offered throughout the practice to support and challenge you at your own pace. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, you are welcome here.
